How old do you have to be to shop at Curated Flame?

Our customers must be 18+ to purchase anything in-store or online, BUT to buy 510-thread cartridge batteries you must be 21+

Am I allowed to take photos/videos in the store?

Yes, absolutely! We know some other shops aren’t photo-friendly, but we are! It’s actually encouraged, just make sure you tag @curatedflamepgh!!!

What are these cones made out of?

The paper itself is made from a blend of palm tree pulp and hemp. Edible hempseed oil & natural pigments are used for the coloring and designs.

Do you ship products?

Yes, we do!!! We can ship to all 50 states, US territories, & Canada (as well as most other countries, reach out to us if you need more info.)

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically sent the day of purchase or the day after. Standard shipping will take 3-5 days depending on your proximity to Pittsburgh, PA. International shipping and express shipping options are also available.

Do the pre-rolled Curated Cones come filled?

No, they do not… Our $1 custom cones come in a variety of designs and we’re always making new ones! But they are empty so that you can enjoy the experience of packing them yourself.

I don’t know the joint size/type for my water pipe? What size bowl do I need?

Here’s an easy way for us to identify the correct size bowl for your piece. Get a small piece of paper to overlay the joint/connection of your piece. Using a pen color/trace the inside of the connection until you have a full circle on the paper. This way we can match it up to a bowl of the perfect size.

Can I get my own design printed on Curated Cones?

The answer is complicated. While yes, it is possible, the manufacturer I work with has a minimum order requirement of 9,000 cones per personal design. The price would be over $5,000 after the cost of 9,000 cones, shipping, and the artwork set up. But if you are serious and interested, please go to the contact page and shoot me a message.
